This house is situated in the small, sleepy village of Saleres, one of the prettiest in the famously beautiful Lecrin Valley. It is newly built to a very high standard with contemporary comforts (and plumbing!), but retains the traditional feel of an Andalucian village house. Built over two floors it also enjoys plenty of outside space with both a sunny courtyard (with heated pool) and a roof terrace with far reaching views of the valley and the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Casa Colmena has two bedrooms but can sleep up to six with the good quality sofa bed in the living room. It has satellite TV, DVD, open fire place, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a lovely light and spacious living room with views of the valley. The house is surrounded by countryside and great walks. Casa Colmena is situated right next door to Casa del Mulo and El Mulito and (with enough notice) any of these houses can rented out together for larger parties.
