Families with children are very welcome at Buena Vista, a house on the edge of the lower barrio of Albuñuelas overlooking the orange and olive groves of the Rio Santo Gorge. From the terraces you can enjoy the view and watch eagles soaring overhead. There are many walks from the village and escorted walks or horse riding can be arranged. The house sleeps 5 easily with 3+ bedrooms, two bathrooms, satellite TV, a wonderful large terrace looking across the Rio Santo Gorge and the Sierra de Albuñuelas, and a further, upper terrace with far-reaching views along the valley. The open plan living area has ample, comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, a separate dining area and a well equipped kitchen with larder and washing machine. There is a small walled patio outside the kitchen with a dining table, but most guests will want to remain on one of the two terraces to make the most of the views. Car access to the door is not possible but parking is very close by in the square.
Every effort is made to make this a home from home. Beach towels are available. There is a selection of toys and games for all ages. A travel cot is kept in the house together with a booster seat which fastens on to the dining chairs. There are no stair gates but improvisations can be made. There are a number of electric fans for use in summer and electric heaters for the winter months.
