Property - Local Facilities
It would be hard to guess the secret which lies behind the antique doors of this village house in the traditional old barrio of Albunuelas. The doors open from the sunny street into the living room which leads onto the cool of an interior patio - filled with plants and flowers in the habitual Spanish manner. On the upper level of the house the bedrooms lead from the gallery which surrounds the interior patio and enjoy wonderful views of the Lecrin Valley.
This mini 'Carmen' has been restored in authentic style by a local architect who lives in Granada. Most unusually for a village house - the property also enjoys not only a pool, but a lovely deck and garden area to the rear - filled with the vivid colours of the clambering bougainvilla and lush sub-tropical foliage of the area.
Car access to the door is not possible, but it is possible to park in the square close by.
