Villa Sofia is situated in an elevated position with pleasant views in Nueva Andalucia - close to the exclusive marina of Puerto Banus, and within easy reach of Marbella, with its Old Town, restaurants, beaches and nightlife. The spacious villa is also within 5 minutes of first class golf including La Quinta, Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos. 

The villa enjoys an 8m x 4m swimming pool, 2 large terraces from which to enjoy the sun as well as a patio and an andaluz-style garden setting with tropical plants, flowers and fruit trees including lemons and mango. The terraces are equipped with sun-loungers, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The house itself is light and airy, with marble floors throughout, a new kitchen with quality appliances and a dining area opening onto the terrace. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD, video and multi language satellite systems.The study has a PC with free internet.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (plus extra WC), the house also offers plenty of accommodation for groups or families.

Nueva Andalucia

Nueva Andalucia is ideally situated just a few minutes drive from the glitz and glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banus, yet close to the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and the refreshingly unspoilt pueblo of San Pedro Alcantara, which has an appeal all of its own. The bullring marks the entrance to Nueva Andalucia, while the road climbs on towards the mountains affording magnificent views of the coast. On a clear day, you can even see North Africa off in the distance. Sports enthusiasts can find plenty on offer here with several magnificent golf courses within virtual putting distance, including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and La Dama de Noche, which is floodlit for night time play. All the Nueva Andalucia golf courses are surrounded by stunning scenery with a backdrop of mountains.

Nueva Andalucía is also fast becoming known for its international cuisine which ranges from a down home American deli to the ultimate in cordon bleu. It also boasts one of the most popular commercial centres in the area, Centro Plaza comprising quality shops, restaurants and tapas bars, as well as a supermarket, gymnasium and beauty parlour. There is also an excellent street market (rastro) held next to the bullring here every Saturday morning.

Nueva Andalucia is also home to one of the Costa del Sol's two casinos, which boasts a vast gaming room as well as various other facilities.

Marbella

Probably one of the oldest and most famous resorts on the Costa del sol, Spain. Marbella was made famous by becoming Europe's playground for the rich and famous.
Merely, mentioning  the name Marbella conjures up images of luxury hotels, casinos and multi-million dollar yachts and Ferraris.

Today's Marbella is not exclusively for the jet-set. The town is only 30 minutes drive from  the recently expanded Malaga airport and with the recent increase in airlines including BA, EasyJet,Ryan Air, providing cheap flights, the resort is within very easy reach for most people and has become a popular summer and winter sunshine destination.
