Fancy a city break with trips to the sea and mountains? Days and nights filled with history, culture, adventure, sports, excursions and entertainment? Theresa has made it her job to really know Granada, not just its fascinating history, but also its best kept secrets - from excellent restaurants hidden away in the little back streets to stunning villages and lakes in the mountains where the tourist buses simply don’t go.
Active Holidays
How about adrenaline packed days of skiing, mountaineering, climbing, abseiling, water sports, horse-riding, paragliding?
Relaxing Holidays
Unwind with a couple of days on the beach, followed by a gentle introduction to this most romantic of cities, with its beautiful plazas, and sunny terraces. Enjoy lingering meals watching the sun set over the fabled Alhambra, or visit the old Moorish baths for a traditional massage.
Nature Holidays
Nature lovers may prefer to try a few days hiking in the mountains, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the region. Our local guides will tell you stories of the region, show you the local plants and wildlife - and make sure you don’t get lost of course!
Culinary Holidays
Food & wine buffs can spend their time, visiting local vineyards and olive mills, sampling local cuisine, or even go on a culinary course and learn to cook Andalucian style.
Holidays for History Buffs
Granada is the original melting pot. This little piece of Andalucia boasts the blending of Muslim, Christian and Jewish civilisations. Going back even further the Romans, Phoenicians, Iberians and Visigoths have all left their mark upon this beautiful place.
Local Culture and Entertainment
Watch a flamenco show, take some Latin dance classes, visit some bars and sample the tapas, relax in the Arabic baths, listen to some traditional live music, go to a belly dancing show, eat in the finest Granadine restaurants, or simply dance the night away....In addition to all of these activities, on offer on a daily basis, Granada hosts a number of festivals throughout the year. There are International Festivals of Music and Dance, Jazz, Tango and Flamenco - plus of course the many colourful local fiestas which take place all over the region such as Semana Santa, Dia de La Cruz, Fiesta del Corpus, Fiesta de la Primavera and Festividad de San Cecilio. If your holiday coincides with one of these fiestas we will let you know in advance and it can be incorporated into your itinerary.
Whichever kind of holiday you prefer....
Any or all of these elements can be mixed and matched to suit you. Whether for 1 or 2 people, or a large group, no job is too big or too small. The only limit is your imagination!
| To tailor make your holiday there is a flat fee of 10% of the holiday price with a minimum of 25 euros per person. For large bookings or for other services the fee will be discussed at the time of booking, depending on what it is you plan to do. |

Two birthdays we won’t forget! Alpujarras, Arabic baths..mmmhh, you’re the best... Lakes, coves and secret little bars that I’ll never find again. A fantastic week in Granada.

My sincere thanks for all that you did in organizing our "whistle stop" tour to Spain. Hotel was just ideal. We will no doubt be back again next year and will be in contact again. But meanwhile will let all know of your excellent service here in Kenya.

Theresa Guthrie - Weddings & Special Events
Theresa
began with a small company focussed solely on tailor made holidays to Granada. However after a number of requests for help from couples who wished to get married in this most romantic of cities, but did not know how to make their dream come true, she began to organise Spanish weddings too. Theresa can offer full planning and co-ordination for Catholic Church weddings, blessings or same sex weddings, followed by a reception in one of the many stunning venues that region has to offer.
From weddings, Theresa's portfolio has now grown by request to include other events such as hen & stag weekends, honeymoons, corporate & incentive weekends, birthday celebrations as well as any kind of tailor-made holiday in Granada or the surrounding region.
Whatever you are looking for in Granada, Theresa knows where to find it!
The formula is simple: Just contact Theresa for a no obligation chat about the day. Tell her your vision and she ’ll suggest how to make it a reality.
Where can we start in saying how grateful we are for all you have done for us over the past days, weeks and months. Thanks for all your wisdom, all your planning and organisation and all your kindness to us both in planning our big day.

Granada, located in the heart of Andalucia in the South of Spain, is the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding. It’s a city drenched in romance, framed by stunning architecture and dramatic mountains – the ideal backdrop to a special day. [To find out more about Granada click here]
However, the idea of getting married abroad can be daunting, especially if you don’t speak the language. Theresa and her team can be invaluable in taking care of the hard work, allowing you to concentrate upon the things that matter. Theresa's promise -
We will work to your budget (or help you work one out) and will personally liaise between you and all the professionals who will come together to create your perfect day – venues, photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, chauffeurs etc. If we can't already source what you want from our extensive list of contacts - we will do our best to find it for you.
During the run up to the big day, we will be in constant contact via phone or e-mail, keeping you updated on progress. We can handle all contracts, schedules, bookings, coordination of suppliers, and keep track of deposit and payment due dates.
Getting married abroad, means that your guests may need extra special attention. We can look after them too - organising accommodation, childcare, airport transfers, and, if you wish, cultural and leisure activities, to make the whole weekend an event.
Either I, or one of my team of experienced wedding planners will be on hand throughout the whole of the wedding, both on the day itself and throughout your stay in Granada to help out with anything and everything.

Theresa is a saint! we certainly would not have been able to organise such an incredible wedding in Granada without her. She was not only thoroughly efficient but a lovely person to work with too, someone who is perfectly able to take the stress out of any situation. She organised every aspect of our wedding from booking venues and florists to organising transport and accommodation for our 110 guests for the whole weekend, leaving us to simply enjoy our big day.
